Breydel Ham Slicing

The Breydel Ham Slicing is mainly used for pre-sliced preparations. Nicely square-shaped slices without any fat edges to dress sandwiches, rolls and pizzas... or all sorts of other culinary applications. We succeeded in providing a lean, traditional ham to companies who would like create preparations with it.

Breydel Ham has been certified by VLAM (Flanders' Agricultural Marketing Board) as regional product since 2009.
